Reservations and confirmation
All reservations are subject to yacht availability, weather conditions, and final confirmation from our team. A booking is considered confirmed only after the requested details have been reviewed and the required payment has been successfully received.
Quoted prices may vary depending on the selected yacht, season, requested route, additional services, and crew requirements. We reserve the right to reject or reschedule requests that cannot be safely operated.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment links issued by Yacht Miami Experience are private and time-limited. Once a payment is completed, the booking slot is blocked for the client and operational preparation begins immediately.
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the notice period, supplier policies, and any third-party costs already incurred. If a charter cannot proceed due to operational or safety reasons, we will offer a reschedule or a refund according to the specific case.
Charter conditions
Passengers must follow boarding times, crew instructions, marina rules, and all onboard safety procedures. The charter holder is responsible for sharing the trip details with every guest before departure.
The final passenger count, requested add-ons, and route expectations must be communicated in advance. Unapproved capacity changes, prohibited items, or unsafe behavior may result in denied boarding or early termination of the charter.
Weather, safety, and operational changes
Routes and schedules may be adjusted when weather, sea conditions, harbor restrictions, or safety considerations require it. Final operational decisions belong to the captain and the Yacht Miami Experience team.
We do not guarantee exact routes, departure windows, or water conditions. Any change made for safety reasons will be handled with the objective of preserving the overall guest experience whenever possible.
Liability and contact
Guests are responsible for personal belongings brought onboard. Yacht Miami Experience is not liable for indirect losses, missed plans, or incidents caused by inaccurate information provided by the client or by guest misconduct.
By proceeding with a booking request or payment, the client acknowledges these terms and agrees to cooperate with our team, captain, and marina partners throughout the reservation process.
